Privacy Policy - The Basics
The following policy applies to all services, projects, events, unless a specific event explicitly modifies it. No refund is given for materials when quote approved and materials purchased by BK&F Contracting.
All refunds are subject to a administrative fee of at least 10%.

This Privacy Policy informs everyone of BK&F Contracting's commitment to privacy and establishes the methods by which privacy is ensured. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information within BK&F Contracting's possession and control.

Change in Date: If unforeseen circumstances cause BK&F Contracting to change the date /deadline of service, project or event, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and a new date will be determined by BK&F Contracting.
Cancellation: If unforeseen circumstances cause BK&F Contracting to cancel a service, project or event, a full refund (less materials) will be issued and or remaining balance waived. In the event of a cancellation, BK&F Contracting accepts no responsibility for materials or other costs incurred by customer as it remains product of the customer.
Inclement weather: a delay in work/deadline due to weather, while regrettable, is not cause for a refund. A new deadline/date will be established and communicated by BK&F Contracting.
